Deskundige supervisie van onze Oost-Europese partnerscheepswerven is een belangrijke factor bij het bouwen van veilige, duurzame en hoogwaardige scheepsrompen die tot in het laatste laspunt perfect zijn afgewerkt. Alle technische vragen worden ter plaatse, aan het schip in aanbouw, opgelost.
Wij bezoeken de scheepswerven zowel aangekondigd als onaangekondigd. Strikte afspraken worden gemaakt en strikt nageleefd tussen onze inspecteurs en de classificatie-inspecteur (Germanischer Lloyd of Bureau Veritas).
Onze inspecteurs en de classificatie-inspecteur voeren bijna altijd gezamenlijk controles uit van belangrijke criteria zoals druktesten met lucht of water, uitlijning van het schip op de helling, installatie van de schroefstraalbuis, de schroefaskoker en motorfundatie, installatie van anker- en lierapparatuur en ankerkluizen, ruimafmetingen, keuze en bepaling van lasprocessen en onderzoek van röntgenopnamen.
